DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

This page explains how to have Campaign Crafters Media delete the data we hold about you and your connected social media accounts.

STEP 1 - STOP OUR ACCESS

You can cut off our access immediately, yourself, without contacting us:

- Google and YouTube: go to https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Campaign Crafters Media, and choose Remove access.
- Instagram: in the Instagram app, go to Settings, then Website Permissions or Apps and Websites, and remove Campaign Crafters Media.
- Facebook: go to Settings, then Apps and Websites, and remove Campaign Crafters Media.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, go to Settings and Privacy, then Security, then Manage app permissions, and remove Campaign Crafters Media.

Removing access stops all publishing immediately.

STEP 2 - ASK US TO DELETE WHAT WE HOLD

Email sam@campaigncrafters.media with the subject line "Data deletion request" and tell us which account or accounts you want removed. If you email from an address we do not already have on file for you, we may ask you to confirm you control the account before we act.

WHAT WE DELETE

On receiving a verified request we delete:

- All access and refresh credentials for the accounts named.
- The stored account identifiers we hold for them, including channel or profile name, handle, and account ID.
- Our records of what was published to those accounts.
- The video files and captions we produced for you, unless you ask us to keep them.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request and confirm by email when it is done.

WHAT WE MAY KEEP

We may keep invoices and payment records where we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. These do not include any social media access credentials.

WHAT WE CANNOT DELETE

Content that has already been published to your social media account is held by that platform, not by us. You can delete those posts yourself from within your account.
