PRIVACY POLICY

Campaign Crafters Media ("Campaign Crafters", "we", "us") operates software that publishes short-form video content to social media accounts on behalf of our clients. This policy explains what that software collects, why, and how to get it removed.
WHO THIS COVERS
This policy covers people and businesses who authorize Campaign Crafters to post to their social media accounts, and anyone whose information reaches us through that process. If you are a visitor to this website and have not connected an account to us, the only information we hold about you is what you choose to send through a contact or booking form on this site.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you connect a social media account to us, the platform you connect through (Google/YouTube, Meta for Instagram and Facebook, or TikTok) gives our software:
- An access credential that allows our software to publish to your account, and a refresh credential that keeps that access working. We never receive, see, or store your password.
- Basic public identifiers for the account being connected, such as the channel or profile name, handle, profile picture, and account ID. We store these so that the person approving a post can confirm which account it is going to.
- Confirmation of whether a publish attempt succeeded or failed, including the resulting post or video ID.
We also hold the video files, captions, titles, descriptions, and scheduling information that we produce for you as part of our service.
WHAT WE DO WITH IT
We use this information for exactly one purpose: publishing the content you have approved to the account you connected, and showing you a record of what was published. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. We do not sell, rent, or trade it. We do not share it with any third party for their own purposes.
WHERE IT IS STORED
Access credentials are stored on equipment controlled by Campaign Crafters, restricted to the accounts that need them, and are not included in backups that leave our control. Video files and post records are held in our own storage and in Google Drive and Airtable, which we use as service providers under their own security terms.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep access credentials for as long as you are a client and want us posting for you. We keep records of what was published for as long as we provide the service to you, plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes. We delete credentials within 30 days of a request or of the end of our engagement, whichever comes first.
YOUR CONTROL
You can revoke our access at any time, directly at the platform, without contacting us:
- Google and YouTube: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Meta, for Instagram and Facebook: in the Instagram or Facebook app, under Settings, then Apps and Websites
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, under Settings and Privacy, then Security, then Manage app permissions

YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights over your personal information, we will honor them.
CHILDREN
Our service is provided to businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
THIRD PARTY PLATFORMS
Once content is published to your social media account, it is governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy, not by this one. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
CHANGES
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
